New to Livestream Classes with Lisa at ZYOGA Space?

Now that the summer season has come to an end, you may be looking to continue to study, practice and be a part of a community from afar. Lisa offers 2 weekly virtual classes, live and replay, that includes the same music and attention you enjoy in-person, through our online platform at ZYOGA SPACE.

Be part of a community that sees you! At ZYOGA we strive to offer personal connection and as much of an in-studio experience available in each of our daily Zoom classes. With spotlight students in view, all of our teachers are able to actually “see” you, giving students real time personalized instruction.

How It Works:

  1. Create an account at ZYOGA SPACE

  2. Sign up on MindBody Online

  3. Download Zoom

  4. We will send you, via email, a Zoom link 15 minutes prior to class start. “Doors” open at start time to give you a few moments to settle in, class will begin 15 minutes later.

  5. Roll out your mat and join the class, camera adjusted to view your full mat space. You will have the personal option to keep your video ON or OFF, and your teacher will MUTE your screen once we begin. Each class will have a “spotlight” student, in screen view, for those needing visual guidance.

  6. A Spotify playlist link will be sent along with your livestream email (The music is completely optional, intended to be played in playlist order, turn off shuffle. Your teacher will prompt you when to press play- just before sun salutes.) See you on the mat from wherever you are!!!!

  7. Can't make it to the Livestream class? 
    ENCORE Replay is available!!!!
    Sign up as you would for Livestream and just after class ends, we will send you the link to the recorded practice & music, for you to enjoy until midnight the next day! That’s 36hrs, so now it's even easier to practice anywhere, ANYTIME!!
